Prices for holiday apartments in the Alpe di Siusi holiday region

Autumn / Winter 2026 /2027

Our holiday hotel in Siusi allo Sciliar/Seis am Schlern is open all year round.

Price:

Prices are for a minimum stay of 3 days per apartment and night.
A mark-up of 15% is applied for stays of less than 3 days.
In the high season (July, August, Christmas) the minimum stay is 7 nights.
We charge EUR 30.00 per night for every extra person.
Children are warmly welcomed in our hotel; overnights up to the age of 3 are free of charge, for ages 3 to 14 we charge EUR 20.00 per day and night.
On request, we can provide you for 15€ with a cot for the entire stay .
100% of the booked apartment price is charged for late or postponed arrival.
Bed linen, t-towels, hand and bath towels are provided. Use of the parking spaces is free of charge.

Internet:
1 Internet-Wifi access per apartment is included.

On request:

Bread roll service, guided hiking or biking tours (not included in the weekly price), central vacuum cleaner.
If necessary, t-towels, as well as hand and bath towels can be replaced.

Offers:
Tendered offers and packages cannot be combined!

Local tax:
Since 01.01.2024 a local tourist tax of EUR 2.50 per person and night has been levied for all persons aged 14 and above.

Pets:
Due to our furnishings and out of consideration for other guests, we are unable to accommodate pets.

Arrival and departure:

The holiday apartments are ready for occupancy as of 3 pm on the day of arrival.
Please vacate your apartment by 09.30 am on the day of departure.
We charge 30% of the apartment price for checkouts after 10 am.

Final cleaning:
We charge a flat rate of EUR 50.00 for the final cleaning

Cancellation conditions:

No cancellation fee is charged for cancellations 3 months before commencement of journey. Any deposit made will be reimbursed in full.
We charge 70% of the costs within 3 months of commencement of journey.
We charge 100% of the booking value as of 21 days before commencement of journey.
